The certificate program is helpful for human resources professionals seeking to stay relevant in their field, to expand their skills, or to enhance their previous degree. The certificate is offered on ground, online, or as a combination of both. The HR Management certificate can prepare you for the Society for Human Resource Management certification.

Admission Criteria
You must have a bachelor's or master's degree.

Course Specifics
Four required courses, and one foundation course, if required, to complete the Human Resource Management Certificate.

Foundation Course:

  • MBA 501  Management, Organizational Learning and Change (necessity based on prior education)

Certificate Courses:

  • MGT 555  Global Human Resources Management
  • MGT 556  Organizational Design
  • MGT 557  Labor Relations
  • MGT 558  Managing Employee Development and Training

For the most recent year colleges were requested to report data, occupations in which graduates typically find employment after completing the Human Resource Management Certificate include Information Human Resource Specialists.
