Medical Services Provided by USNS Mercy July 29 – August 11, 2012

The USNS Mercy Ship will be in Cambodia from July 29 to August 11, 2012.  During this time, the medical team will provide free medical services including optometry, dental, pediatrics, and general medicine.  Medical services will be available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the following locations:

Jul 29 – Aug 2  Hun Sen Cheungkor Primary School, Sihanoukville
Jul 30 – Aug 1 Som Dach Out High School, Takeo
Aug 2 – Aug 6  Kandol Dom Primary School, Kampung Speu
Aug 4 – Aug 8  Hun Sen Chamyeam Junior High, Koh Kong

Veterinary services for small animals, immunizations, spaying and neutering, etc., will be available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on the dates listed below:

Jul 30 – Aug 2  Kandol Dom Primary School, Kampung Speu
Aug 4  – Aug 9  Hun Sen Cheungkor Primary School, Sihanoukville

U.S. Citizens are invited to a VIP tour of the USNS Mercy on Friday, August 3 at 1:00 p.m.  Only 25 tickets are available.   If you wish to attend, please send your full name to meanska@state.gov and you will receive additional information about this activity.
