The Sac and Fox Nation of Missouri in Kansas and Nebraska has established this website to facilitate public access to information about persons who have been convicted of sex offenses, as set forth in the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA) published in the Federal Register on July 2, 2008.
Federal Law requires any convicted Sex Offender who lives, works, or attends school within the Sac and Fox Nation of Missouri in Kansas and Nebraska Jurisdiction to register as a Sex Offender with the Sac and Fox Nation of Missouri in Kansas and Nebraska, in addition to any other state, territory, or tribal registration.
If you believe any information contained on this website is erroneous, or if you have information regarding an offender whose address is shown as “being verified,” please contact the Sac and Fox Police Department by mail, email or telephone. Our contact information is listed on the bottom of this page.
As of July 26,2011 the Sac and Fox Nation of Missouri in Kansas and Nebraska has a Memorandum of Understanding with the Kansas Bureau of Investigation to administer SORNA.
