BBA - Marketing

BBA - Marketing

Our Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing (BBA-MKT) is built on the four P’s – product, pricing, place of distribution and promotion. The BBA-MKT degree will provide you with in-depth understanding of these activities and their impact on consumers. You will also gain knowledge of the strategies, skills and technology necessary to excel in the field of marketing.

These skills, coupled with a solid business background in finance, economics, accounting, management, and communication, prepare you for jobs in a broad array of fields including marketing research, advertising, public relations, marketing communications, internet marketing and sales.

Opportunities for Employment
According to the American Marketing Association, almost a third of all Americans are employed in marketing-related positions. Marketing specialists are employed in virtually every industry.

The demand for marketing research analysts is expected to remain particularly strong as competition in business and industry continues to increase. The best opportunities in merchandizing are likely to go to those with previous relevant experience and a college degree.

Salary Expectations
According to the National Association of Colleges and Employers the average starting salary for bachelor’s degree graduates is $33,000 to $43,500 per year. Annual compensation for marketing majors with more than six years of experience ranges from $52,800 to $80,000, depending on the level of responsibility and the size of the company where they are employed.
