Travel Hwy 74 west to Forest City, take exit 181 (Spindale, Rutherfordton). At the 9th traffic light (221A/Charlotte rd./ Main st. Spindale) turn left ( Hardee’s & Rite Aid are on the corners). The Clinic will be on the left in the Rutherford Square shopping center. Carolina First Bank is the next business west of the shopping center, and Quilts & Fabrics is immediately to the east.
From Gaffney/Chesnee
Travel north on Hwy 221, cross Hwy 74 then turn right at the 4th traffic light, Charlotte rd/221A (CVS will be on the right on the corner). The Clinic will be on the right in the Rutherford Square shopping center, which is just past Carolina First Bank.
From Spartanburg/Columbus
Leaving I-26 at exit 67 go through traffic circle, travel Hwy 74 east to Hwy 221 exit 178 (MapQuest will direct you to use Hwy 108 and we must use that for travel pay purposes, but this is a back road). Travel north on 221 to the 4th traffic light, Charlotte rd/ 221A (CVS will be on the right on the corner). The clinic will be on the right in the Rutherford Square shopping center, which is just past Carolina First Bank.
If you should to use Hwy 108, go to the stop sign just below Rutherford Hospital. Turn right onto Charlotte rd., cross 221 where CVS will be on the right after the first traffic light. The Clinic will be on the right in the Rutherford Square shopping center, which is just past Carolina First Bank.
From Morganton
Travel Hwy 64 west to the Intersection of 74ALT. Turn left through Ruth, turn right at Charlotte rd/ 221A/ Main st. Spindale (Rite Aid & Hardee’s will be on the corners. The Clinic will be on the left in the Rutherford Square shopping center just past Quilts & Fabrics.
