This study was commissioned by the FS Share project as part of a scope of work to explore the feasibility of accelerating the development and adoption of mobile money (m-money) as a mechanism to transmit payments and promote financial inclusion in Malawi. This Summary Action Plan proposes a series of interventions that, implemented in sequence, are intended to support the responsible and comprehensive growth of mobile money (m-money) as a vehicle to support the inclusive expansion of financial services to underserved populations in Malawi.
