Summary:
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, FMCSA announces its plan to submit the Information Collection Request (ICR) described below to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval. The ICR is titled, "Training Certification for Drivers of Longer Combination Vehicles (LCVs)." This ICR is necessary because the training certificate serves as proof that a driver has successfully completed the training required before he or she may operate an LCV on the Nation's highways.
