LTC Broc Perkuchin graduated from the United States Military Academy in 1986 and was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the Corps of Engineers. As an engineer, he held leadership and staff positions in combat heavy and diving engineer units in the United States Army Forces Command, United States Forces Korea, and the Multinational Force and Observers in Sinai, Egypt. After a tour as a Reserve Officer Training Corps assistant professor of military science at the College of William and Mary, LTC Perkuchin branch transferred to the Transportation Corps and has since held staff positions in the 7th Transportation Group, United States Army Training and Doctrine Command, the 19th Theater Support Command and the United States Army, Pacific.

LTC Perkuchin attended the Engineer Officer Basic and Advanced Courses, the Combined Arms and Services Staff School, and the Command and General Staff College. He earned a masters degree in organizational administration from George Washington University.

LTC Perkuchin is airborne, air assault, basic dive officer, salvage dive officer and ranger qualified and his awards include the Meritorious Service Medal with 3 OLC, the Army Commendation Medal with 1 OLC, and the Army Achievement Medal.
