The band is available for performances in surrounding communities and the Midwest region, as well as national events throughout the United States.
Request form is available below.
All request forms must be submitted between 60 and 120 days prior to the event. Please include a letter explaining the nature of the event.
If you are requesting the Band in conjunction with another Fort Riley asset (i.e. the Commanding General's Mounted Color Guard) please visit the Community Relations page for more information.
For requests for the Band only, please fill out the
DD Form 2536, along with a letter explaining the nature of your event. The form may be sent directly to the Community Relations Office, 405 Pershing Ct, Fort Riley, KS 66442; via fax at 785-239-2592.
