Aids to Navigation (ATON) Boats
These boats were designed primarily to service aids to navigation within the inland waters of the United States. However, the 55'ANB is often employed to service offshore aids as well. These vessels include TANB/BUSL/ANB ranging from 26 to 64 feet in length.
64-foot ANB: The 64-foot ANB is a self propelled barge capable of performing ATON duties in protected waters and inland rivers. | ![]() |
55-foot ANB: The 55-foot ANB was designed to respond quickly to ATON needs in moderately rough weather in all coast and inland waters. They are equipped with a crane that is used for hoisting and securing the various buoys and aids to navigation. |

49-foot BUSL The mission of the 49-foot BUSL is to provide transportation and servicing capabilities for the Aids to Navigation Teams (ANT) in support of the Short Range Aids to Navigation Mission. |

26-foot TANB It serves as the workhorse for the Aids to Navigation Team (ANT). Most work done by the ANT involves trailering the boat to local ramps and launching to service the wide variety of structures and buoys they are responsible for. Other trailerable AtoN Boats include:
