    On August 14, 2012, the Complainant, Lee Uhley, filed a Notice of Withdrawal of Petition for Review and Motion to Dismiss Complainant's Appeal in this case arising under the whistleblower provisions of the Surface Transportation Assistance Act of 1982 (STAA), as amended and recodified.¹ In this Motion, Uhley stated that he wished to withdraw his Petition for Review of the Administrative Law Judge's decision in this case

issued on June 25, 2012, and requested the Administrative Review Board to dismiss his appeal. Accordingly, we GRANT Uhley's motion and DISMISS his appeal.
