Our Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Management (BBA-MGT) prepares you for these responsibilities and more. With coursework in all areas of management as well as a strong general business background, you will be ready for a career in human resource management, public administration, customer service, industrial production management, health care.

Salary Expectations
Management salaries vary greatly depending on company size and level of responsibility. According to the National Association of Colleges and Employers, the average starting salary for bachelor’s degree candidates is $36,000 to 48,000. Annual compensation for employees with six years of experience ranges from $54,000 to $80,000.

Program Format
You need to earn 127 semester credit hours for our Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management. This includes the transfer of up to 82 credit hours and a minimum of 45 credit hours (15 courses) taken while in residence at Walsh College. The management program requires completion of all courses in the professional core and major.

Equivalency guides outline the courses transferable to Walsh as prerequisites to advanced course work and for completion of degree requirements. The * courses are typically transferred from a community college or another accredited educational institution. Additional transfer equivalencies may be established depending on the courses taken and the transfer tuition.
