AREAS OF SERVICE
-Estate Planning (Wills, Living Wills, Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care Decisions)
-Power of Attorney
-Uniform Services Employment/Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) Issues
-Servicemember's Civil Relief Act (SCRA) Issues
-Domestic Relations (limited to a general review of documents for divorce, child custody, and child support)
-Personal Finance (Garnishment, Bankruptcy)
ELIGIBILITY FOR SERVICE
The highest priority will be given to Air Force personnel who need mobilization or deployment-related legal assistance.
The following categories of personnel are eligible for legal assistance subject to the availability of legal staff resources and expertise:
-Members of the Armed Service who are Active Duty, including reservists, National Guard, and contract ROTC cadets on Title 10 USC duty
-Inactive reservists or National Guard members subject to federal mobilization
-Members entitled to retired pay
-Dependents, if member is activated or retired
