OBLIGATORY REGISTRATION WITH THE GSS SYSTEM

As of August 16, 2012, the U.S. Embassy in Warsaw and U.S. Consulate in Krakow implemented several changes in the visa procedures that also affect immigrant visa applicants. All IV and DV applicants have to register with the GSS service and choose their visa pick-up location, before coming to the Embassy. Please note that we will not be able to accept your visa applications and supporting documents without the proof of your registration (your UID confirmation number). Appointment scheduling and fee payment for fiance visas have also changed.
