Summary
Introduce U.S. hosiery manufacturers to retail markets in Japan and Northern Europe by: (1) Organizing a marketing campaign including trade missions; (2) Confirming product quality with testing program; (3) Assisting manufacturers with translations and packaging; (4) Facilitating e-commerce with web sites and links to manufacturers' pages in local languages; (5) Developing trade show booths for foreign market expositions; (6) Introducing socks made from corn fiber (Ingeo) with partner Cargill; and (7) Holding foreign-buyer-focused events at Magic Apparel Show in Las Vegas.

Results
From late 2005 to early 2008, HTC has helped U.S. hosiery manufacturers make over $25 million in additional sales to foreign customers. These are the types of sales that most of these firms have not made in the past. See HTC success for additional information on HTC's results.
