Go to your local County FSA Office to obtain information and the opportunity to participate in TIP. Includes written concurrence based on review of the proposed Oregon Conservation Reserve Enhancement Program (CREP) to be administered by the Farm Service Agency throughout the State of Oregon. Programmatic Environmental Assessment Biomass Crop Assistance Program (BCAP) provides financial assistance to producers or entities that deliver eligible biomass material to designated biomass conversion facilities for use as heat, power, biobased products or biofuels. Initial assistance will be for the Collection, Harvest, Storage and Transportation (CHST) costs associated with the delivery of eligible materials. County members are a critical component of the day-to-day operations of FSA. They help deliver FSA farm programs at the local level. The Farm Service Agency State Committee in Oregon oversees the activities of the agency. The members are appointed by the Secretary of Agriculture each year. They hear appeals from local farmers and guide the direction of agency policy.
