About the MARFC

Organization

The MARFC is an office of the National Weather Service, which is part of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, an agency of the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Office Location

We are located in State College, PA, at 330 Innovation Boulevard, located in Innovation Park.    Until January 1993, the office was located in the Federal Building in downtown Harrisburg, PA.

Office Staff

The MARFC staff currently consists of four Senior Hydrologists, five Hydrologists, 3 Hydrometeorologic Analysis and Support Forecasters, one Development Operations Hydrologist, on Service Coordination Hydrologist, one Hydrologist-in-Charge, and one administrative assistant.
