Service Centers Division

Agency customers in federally owned and leased facilities in New York State, Northern New Jersey, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands can count on GSA for a full range of real property services. Clients should contact the nearest service center for building operation and maintenance issues as well as a range of tenant services, including repairs and alterations, small project Reimbursable Work Authorizations (RWAs), and other building-related matters. The five service centers under the Northeast and Caribbean Region are listed below:
