What is being updated in the next GOTHAM Release?

A number of new reports have been updated to the new enhanced format. Other existing reports have been enhanced with new capabilities due to feedback from the field.

Reports with New Enhanced Format

Field Contacts:

This suite of reports provides a detailed listing of the various rosters maintain within GOTHAM. The rosters can be updated by appropriate administrators by using the proper GOTHAM portal roles (see above). The following is a list of the available rosters.

• Emergency Contacts
• State Agencies
• CDL Agencies
• MX Demo Carrier POCs

New Entrant Reports:

• Assignments: This report provides summary and detailed carrier information by service centers and states for all carriers in the New Entrant program assigned to Federal, State, or Contractor personnel for a Safety Audit.
• Monthly Trends: This report provides a two-year profile of the carriers in the New Entrants program. The information is summarized by month and includes the number of carriers in the program, number of carriers due for an audit within slotted time periods, the number of safety audits performed, failed audits, and other exits from the program.
• Contacts Required: This report provides a list of carriers in the New Entrant program that require initial contacting by the agency.

Performance Goals:

• Reviews: This report provides the FMCSA commitments and progress toward the review goals by fiscal year. The goal column also links to the appropriate reports that list candidate carriers for reviews.
• HM Program: This report provides the FMCSA commitments and progress towards the HM program goals by fiscal year. The goal column also links to the appropriate reports that list candidate carriers for reviews.

Safety Program Activity:

• Reviews: This report provides a detailed list of FMCSA and state review activity.

Updates to Existing Reports

New Entrant Reports:

• Inventory: This report has been enhanced to provide the following
• Additional filtering capabilities: the user can filter by OIC (Officer in Charge) or Physical State, thereby providing the capability for New Entrant information by Canadian provinces.
• Capability to generate a New Entrant detailed report on National and Service Center levels.
• Expanded mapping capability that includes a National map by OIC or Physical state, with the physical filter counts of carriers in the Canadian provinces are available to view.
