How do I request the Air Force to transport something?
Title 31 of the United States Code (The Economy Act) prohibits DoD from transporting non-DOD goods and people unless (1) it is in the national interest, (2) commercial transportation is not available, (3) the request is sponsored by a Federal government executive agency, or (4) the sponsoring agency agrees to reimburse DOD for the cost of transporting the goods or people
