Joint Summary Report

This report provides a summary of USAID and the Department of State performance and financial information the preceding fiscal year.

Previously known variously as the Highlights Report and the Citizens' Report, this Summary Report provides information to assess both agencies'performance in promoting greater accountability and accessibility to Congress, the American public, and other key constituencies. Together with the Agency Financial Report and the Annual Performance Report, this report fulfills the Agency's compliance with the Government Performance and Results Act reporting requirements.
