Military Cooperation Division (MCD) is a NATO Division headquartered at SHAPE in Mons, Belgium.

Its mission is to plan, program, coordinate, implement and assess NATO military outreach policies, activities and events at the Strategic Commands level.

MCD replaces the former Partnership Coordination Cell (PCC), established in 1994.
