The SETRPC Hurricane Ike Disaster Recover Housing Program is available for residents in Hardin, Jefferson and Orange Counties whose homes were damaged by Hurricane Ike, September 13, 2008. Specific eligibility requirements apply. Assistance may be provided in the form of housing rehabilitation or reconstruction. No cash assistance is provided.

Hurricane Ike Round 2 Multi-Family and Single Family Rental Repair and Reconstruction NOFA |
South East Texas Regional Planning Commission announces the availability of funds being made available through funding by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under Public Law 110-329 through the Texas General Land Office (GLO) to repair or reconstruct single family rental units and multi-family rental units. Please review the (Notice of Funds Availability) NOFA's for informational and mandatory meeting times and the deadlines for application.

Housing and Health Services Coordination Council (HHSCC) |
The
Housing & Health Services Coordination Council (HHSCC) has released its
2012-2013 Biennial Plan.
The
purpose of the Housing & Health Services Coordination Council, as written
in the statute, is to increase state efforts to expand service-enriched housing
through increased coordination of housing and health services. Pursuant to
Texas Government Code, §2306.1096-98, the Council is required to deliver a
report of the Council's findings and recommendations to the Governor and
Legislative Budget Board not later than August 1st of each even-numbered year.
After an extensive public input process, the 2012-2013 HHSCC Biennial Plan has been
released and can be accessed through the HHSCC website at: http://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/hhscc/biennial-plans.htm.
