Standing hip external rotation with chair and resistance band: Secure a looped resistance band at knee height. Using a swiveling chair or stool if available for support, place the band around your ankle and pull the band in towards your opposite leg. Repeat 10 to 20 times.
Standing hip internal rotation with chair and resistance band: Secure a looped resistance band at knee height. Using a swiveling chair or stool if available for support, place the band around your ankle and pull the band away from your opposite leg. Repeat 10 to 20 times.
