The ePublication Watch System allows Publishers to register a Postal service related complaint and to request an electronic Publication Watch.

To receive access to the ePublication Watch System you must complete and submit the ePublication Watch Web Access Request Form to the National Customer Support Center (NCSC) located in Memphis, TN. If you have questions regarding the form, please call 877-640-0724.  The form can then be faxed to the NCSC at 901-681-4521.

The ePublication Watch Web Access Request Form requests that you include a list of your periodicals and the frequency in which they are mailed.  Each user must fill out a form to be assigned their own, unique, password.  Publisher IDs are specific to each company whether all the users are at the same location or at different locations

The ePublication Watch Web Access Form requires a PDF reader in order to view the form.  If you do not have a PDF reader, you may download it from the Adobe site.
