Provide proactive and responsive Human Resources Automation support to USAREUR. Ensure Human Resource Systems accuracy and functionality so USAREUR, IMCOM, and DA Commanders and HR professionals can provide full spectrum HR support and make timely manning decisions.

- PPA and PAS functions for the European theater, 1D database
- Perform manage strength accountability and data accuracy
- Brief AHRS to new CDRs/1SGs at the Co Cdr/1SG Course at JMTC in Vilseck, Germany
- Prepare transitional plan for Europe HR database system from eMILPO to IPPS
- Co-located U’R G1 and IMCOM-E Automation support & operations within a consolidated Theater Database environment
- Provide Theater Commanders & HR Managers with Operational Data
- Provide web-based automation tools and functionality to HR Managers to support U.S. Army European Theater unique mission requirements
- Perform IMO Helpdesk and touch labor (T2T) support
- Submit on-line 119 service ticket requests for automation support
- Automation Life Cycle Management
