Col. James D. Dignan will become the new commander of the 910th Airlift Wing and installation commander of Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Ohio during a Change of Command Ceremony scheduled for 10 a.m., Saturday, March 2, 2013 at the air station. Dignan's most recent assignment was Commander of the 446th Operations Group, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash.

2/12/2013 - YOUNGSTOWN AIR RESERVE STATION, Ohio -- Col. James D. Dignan will become the new commander of the 910th Airlift Wing and installation commander of YARS during a Change of Command Ceremony scheduled for 10 a.m., March 2.
 
Dignan will assume command from Brig. Gen. Brian Dominguez, who is returning to his previous assignment as vice commander of 22nd Air Force, Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Ga.

Dignan's most recent assignment was commander of the 446th Operations Group, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash.
