NCD Council & Staff
NCD is comprised of a team of fifteen Presidential appointees, an Executive Director appointed by the Chairman, and eleven, full-time professional staff. Accomplishing the important work of our small agency depends upon the commitment that staff and Council Members share to work together as one team.
