DUNS Number

Contractors are required to have a DUNS number.  A DUNS number is a unique nine-digit identifier that’s provided and maintained exclusively by Dun & Bradstreet. There’s no cost to obtain a DUNS number and doing so ensures that an entity is listed in D&B’s global database.  Visit the Dun & Bradstreet website for registration information.

SAM

System for Award Management (SAM) is the primary registrant database for the U.S. Federal Government. CCR collects, validates, stores, and disseminates data in support of agency acquisition missions, including Federal agency contract and assistance awards. Both current and potential federal government registrants are required to register in SAM in order to be awarded contracts by the federal government. Registrants are required to complete a one-time registration to provide basic information relevant to procurement and financial transactions. Visit the
System for Award Management (SAM) website for registration information.

E-Verify

E-Verify is an Internet-based system that allows an employer, using information reported on an employee's Form I-9, to determine the eligibility of that employee to work in the United States. CHPRC contractors are required to comply with FAR 52.222-54 and verify their employees eligibility. Visit the E-Verify website for registration information.

Vendor Registration

After completing the above requirements vendors are required to register with CHPRC via the online Vendor Registration form. If you would like to register to do business with CHPRC complete the vendor registration form.

Once your business has completed the steps to becoming an authorized contractor you are then able to submit proposals in response to Requests for Proposal, Requests for Information and Expressions of Interest. Current opportunities are posted on the Current Solicitations & Requests for Proposal page.
