Purchase Card FOIA
Notice to Vendors/Merchants
A listing of the major contracting offices within U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA)/Research, Education, and Economics (REE) is provided for your use. REE comprises the agencies of the Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Economic Research Service (ERS), National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS), and National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA).
Prior to contacting (by phone, e-mail, or mail) individual cardholders, please submit your catalogs/brochures to the offices listed below. These offices will distribute your information to the cardholders in their specific contracting area. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the office of your choice for the specific contracting area.
