Provide proactive and responsive Casualty Operations support to USAREUR Commanders, Soldiers, and Families. Ensure timely and accurate reporting and coordinate meaningful, compassionate support to our Soldiers and their Families during casualty incidents and situations.

- Operate the theater’s 24/7 casualty management program to include casualty reporting, notification, and assistance in coordination with IMCOM-Europe Garrison Casualty Managers
- Provide technical guidance to Units, Theater Commanders, Embassies, Garrisons for Europe and Africa
- Support deployment and contingency operations within the casualty assistance center’s area of responsibility
- Operate Patient tracking operations at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center and conduct Patient Liaison duty for USAREUR’s Wounded Warriors and Family members at Walter Reed Army Medical Center
