MISSION:
To plan, direct, coordinate and evaluate MCAGCC/MAGTFTC manpower requirements and certain quality of life programs through the following organizations:

Center Adjutant - provides administrative communications support and guidance to the Comanding General and Commanders aboard the Combat Center.

Center Personnel Office - Provides personnel services and support to Marines, Sailors, Soldiers and Airmen, family members, civilians and retirees aboard MAGTFTC/MCAGCC and surrounding areas for DEERS/RAPIDS ID Card Office, Enlisted Manpower/Assignments, G-1 SEA/01XX Occupational Field Sponsor, Fleet Assistance Program (FAP), Reserve Component Administration (RCA), Government Travel Charge Card Program (GTCC), Career Planning, Administrative Assist Unit (AAU) and Installation Voting Assistance Office (IVAO).

Manpower Analysis Division - administers the Position Management, Civilian Letter of Allowance (LOA), Full-Time Equivalent (FTE), Table of Organization (T/O), and other manpower related programs pertaining to efficient and effective organizational management. Provides support for Officer assignments and directorate administrative/budgetary support.

Security Manager (CMCC) - the Marine Corps Information Security and Personnel Security Program for the Combat Center. Will Provide Information and Personnel Security Guidance, Security Education, and Training support to the Combat Center and Tennant Commands.

Installation Personnel Administration Center ( IPAC ) - a centralized and consolidated personnel administration aboard 29 palms at the installation level to maximize administrative effectiveness and efficiency while generating a structure dividend.
