Supporting the Soldier with Lessons Learned
The Center for Army Lessons Learned rapidly collects, analyzes, disseminates, and archives OIL, TTP and operational records in order to facilitate rapid adaptation initiatives and conduct focused knowledge sharing and transfer that informs the Army and enables operationally based decision making, integration, and innovation throughout the Army and within the JIIM environment.
Become a catalyst for change by:
- Identifying significant issues/insights
- Providing near real-time situational awareness/TTP
- Coordinating/collaborating and integrating to develop solutions for:
- Units – Commanders, NCOs, Soldiers
- TRADOC proponents
- Training centers (CTCs/IMT)
- SMEs/practitioners throughout the Armed Forces
- Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, Multinational community
- Taking solutions to the Armed Forces
