Wage & Fringe Benefits Comparability Toolbox
This Head Start Wage and Fringe Benefits Comparability Survey Toolbox will provide Head Start, Early Head Start and grantee and delegate agencies with instructions on how to conduct wage and fringe benefits comparability surveys. Through the efficient implementation of the survey, local programs will be able to attract and retain qualified personnel and maintain high-quality program operations as required by the Improving Head Start for School Readiness Act of 2007.
The toolbox may be used by human resources administrators, personnel managers, executive directors, financial managers and governing body members. It offers background information, strategies for improving or enhancing organizational wage and fringe benefit compensation plans and policies, and sample forms and worksheets.
