MISSION

FUNCTIONS

Provide proactive and responsive enlisted strength management support and readiness analysis to USAREUR Commanders and Soldiers. Fill USAREUR units IAW DA and theater manning guidance and priorities to execute assigned missions, and take care of enlisted Soldiers and Families.

• Manage Enlisted Assignments ISO DA & theater priorities
• Conduct readiness analysis for all USAREUR IOT ensure readiness
• Manage COT, FSTE, FCM, LCM, NCM, curtailments
• Manage STOP MOVE Soldiers in deploying units to ensure compliance with HRC policy
• Manage Special Action Requests
• Prepare G1 leadership for readiness briefings (SRR, IR2, DR4, MRR, SRU)
• Manage promotion list screening/processing
• Provide CDR/Staff RFI support
• Manage High School stabilizations
