Information Resource Center “America Borboru”

American Information Resource Center (IRC) is a part of the Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Embassy in the Kyrgyz Republic.   The center specializes in providing in-depth information about America, and running educational, ESL and cultural programs. 

The IRC resources include:

• - Books on U.S. history, geography, economy, literature, education, etc
• - Reference materials: encyclopedias, maps, dictionaries
• - ESL collection: English language books and CDs
• - Periodicals
• - Access to online databases for researchers and scholars
