Jones Lang LaSalle takes a holistic, transparent, quantitative approach to identifying opportunities for energy savings while also determining turn key costs for implementation. Through its partnership in this program, Jones Lang LaSalle will highlight innovative strategies to identify energy savings and determine costs to develop a "shovel ready" set of projects backed by a solid business case for investment.

As a Better Buildings Challenge partner, Jones Lang LaSalle is committing to develop implementable programs to improve energy efficiency at large properties totaling 98 million square feet across its U.S. managed portfolio, in order to achieve a 20% energy reduction by 2020.
