Office of Mission Support Workforce Management
The Office of Mission Support Workforce Management (DCMS-81) develops and maintains the qualifications, staffing, and performance standards of the mission support work force of the United States Coast Guard. DCMS-81 is responsible for the development and management of the Enlisted Performance Qualifications and requirements for the officer specialties, including CWO's. Additionally, DCMS-81 provides content and quota management of all 'A', 'C', and non-residence courses, as well as management of the CG-1, CG-4 and CG-6 sponsored advanced education programs.
