On June 29, 2007, I informed you of a 45 day delay in providing you with the Savannah River Site Life-cycle Liquid Waste Disposition System Plan (System Plan). �This letter is to advise you of our anticipated delivery schedule for the System Plan.

 

The litigation discussed in my letter of June 29, 2007, was resolved on August 7, 2007. �The Savannah River Site is now able to revise and finalize the System Plan. �I anticipate having the Plan to the Board by October 1, 2007.
