Pediatric Evaluation and Treatment Team (PETT)
The Pediatric Evaluation and Treatment Team originated in 2000 as an inpatient rehabilitative support team for the expanding Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Womack Army Medical Center. The team was staffed with a Pediatric Audiologist, Physical and Occupational Therapist, Pediatric Dietitian and Early Intervention Program Manager. The early intervention part of the team (Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Early Intervention Specialist) provide inpatient and outpatient evaluation and treatment services to military dependents birth – 36 months of age.
