From the Superintendent

Greetings from the Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP) in Anniston, Alabama.  The staff stands ready to make your training experience one that will be of real benefit as you prepare for catastrophic man-made, natural, or terrorist incidents.

The CDP staff works hard to ensure that you gain the critical skills and confidence necessary to manage domestic incidents, regardless of cause.  We also want to be sure that your experience at the CDP is both productive and informative—something that you can really use back home.

You’ll find that our resident training includes a hefty dose of hospitality and opportunities to network with other emergency response providers.

We hope you’ll share your comments and questions regarding CDP training opportunities —both resident and non-resident courses.  I can assure you that our staff works hard to answer any question that our students may have.  If they fail to do so,  please let me know.

As a graduate, we hope you’ll spread the word about the tremendous training opportunities offered by the CDP!
