How do I become a Low Income Taxpayer Clinic?

The Internal Revenue Service announced the opening of the 2013 Low Income Taxpayer Clinic (LITC) grant application process. Applications must be submitted no later than June 15, 2012. (IR-2012-50, May 2, 2012)
