The figure in white is presumably Miss "Tiny" Broadwick

The figure in white is presumably Miss "Tiny" Broadwick, the first woman to make a parachute jump from an airplane. She jumped at North Island on 12 and 14 September 1914 from an Army Martin plane flown by Oscar Brindley.
