SYMPOSIUM: Theme: The theme of the symposium is Home Station Training Complexes for the Hybrid Force Training.
Focus: The focus of the Symposium is to identify key issues, disseminate information and provided face-to-face contact with subject matter experts (SMEs) with a direct bearing and effect on Installation and MACOM Live Fire Ranges, Training Land Managers and their staffs and recommend solutions for RTLP planning and execution.

CONFERENCE: Theme: The theme of the Master Gunner's conference is “The Way Ahead” The incorporation of operational knowledge into building training solutions for tomorrow.
Focus: The focus of the conference is on small unit combined arms tactics and integration of available assets to win the close in battle. The Annual Worldwide Master Gunner's Conference will bring together subject matter experts to identify operational requirements and to develop training strategies to be incorporated into current and future ranges.
