You have ONE DAY left to submit your video to CDC's Emergency Preparedness Video Contest.  Creatively show us how you are prepared for any emergency! Don't forget to include our key message, "Get a kit, make a plan, be informed" and our website at emergency.cdc.gov

Winners will have their video posted on the CDC homepage!

You've got 23 days left to show us whether you're prepared! Thank you to everyone who has supported this challenge so far and to all our contestants.

Don't forget:

• No weapons (sorry we can't promote violence),
• Keep your video to 60 seconds (or less), and
• Include our website (http://emergency.cdc.gov) and message "get a kit, make a plan, be prepared" in some way
