Holiday Schedule for the Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.

In observance of the birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr., the National Finance Center’s (NFC) offices will be closed on Monday, January 21, 2012, including the following help desks: (1) ABCO/ABCO Claims Help Desks, (2) NFC Contact Center.

Please note: As of October 1, 2012, the EmpowHR Help Desk, the Payroll/Personnel Call Center, and the WebTA Help Desk for NFC Hosting Plus customers have been incorporated into the new NFC Contact Center.

The NFC Operations and Security Center (OSC) will be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week at 1-800-767-9641, 504-426-6435, or via email to OSC.ETIX@usda.gov.
