Need Products to Complete Your 2012 Tax Return?You can order many of the tax forms and publications you need for your 2012 tax return through this web page. We will process and ship your order by U.S. mail when the products become available. Most products will be available in January, 2013, but delivery dates could be impacted by late tax legislation. How to OrderYou may order up to 10 different products and you will receive two copies of each ordered form and one copy of each ordered publication. We will automatically include applicable instructions in your order. (If you need more than the quantity allowed, please call 1-800-829-3676 to place your order.) To place an order, enter the product number or a keyword in the search box. For example, if you need Form 2441, Child and Dependent Care Expenses, you could search for 2441, child, dependent, etc. Your search will produce a list of products matching the search criteria. Check the box next to the product and follow the instructions to finish your order or select more products. Please allow 7 to 15 days for us to process and ship your order. If a product is not available when you place your order, we will send it as soon as it becomes available. Please do not place another order.
