Innethmaheart Utupo is a chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear specialist and training noncommissioned officer-in-charge with the 690th Rapid Port Opening Element, 833rd Transportation Battalion, 597th Transportation Brigade. Growing up very poor in American Samoa, Utupo continues to strive to be the best Soldier she can be, while also achieving her goal to obtain her bachelor’s degree and become an officer in the Army.
