Document Request

A number of documents have been removed from the ODAA portion of the Defense Security Service website. However, these documents remain available to cleared industry and are available upon request. Please follow the instructions below to obtain copies of interest.

Instructions

2. Insert keywords in the subject line of your email from the table below.
3. Provide the following information in the body of your email:
   1. Company Name and address
   2. Cage Code
   3. Name of Requestor (FSO/ISSM/ISSO)
   4. Requestor's corporate email address
   5. Reason for the request
