2/7/2013 - F-16C accident report addendum released
LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. -- Air Combat Command released an addendum for the May 4, 2012 F-16C Accident Investigation Board for the crash in the northern portion of the Utah Test and Training Range, west of Hill Air Force Base.   Full Press Release

1/10/2013 - MQ-1B PREDATOR ACCIDENT REPORT RELEASED
LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. -- An MQ-1B Predator electrical malfunction Aug. 22, 2012, led to the crash of the aircraft in a non-residential area in Afghanistan, according to an Air Combat Command Abbreviated Accident Investigation Board report released today.   Full Press Release

9/26/2012 - F-15E accident report released
LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. -- Catastrophic failure of the right engine caused an F-15E Strike Eagle to crash May 3, 2012, according to an Air Combat Command Accident Investigation Board report released today. The aircraft crashed south of the host nation air base in Southwest Asia.   Full Press Release

To submit a FOIA inquiry online Access Link (PAL): http://www.foia.af.mil For mailing/faxing contact the FOIA Requester Service Center where the record is located, describe the records you want as specifically as possible, and let the office know how much you are willing to pay. Furnish any facts or clues about the time, place, persons, events, subjects, or other details of the information or records you want. That will help the office decide where to search and determine what records pertain to your request. It can also save you and the government time and money, and you may get what you want faster. There is no special form to complete. Mark your request and envelope "FOIA."
